Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.tobserver.com TYPO3 Monitoring Service (the "Service") operated by Torben Hansen ("me", "I").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
I may terminate or suspend access to my Service immediatly, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
I'm a Freelance Web Developer and tObserver is "just" one of my side projects. I can not provide any kind of support for free (e.g. fix bugs, implement new features).
I do my best to keep the service at a high availability. All server systems are monitored by my monitoring system.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material I will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
